Processing of personal data under Argentine Law No. 25.326 on the Protection of Personal Data.

All information received is protected by attorney-client privilege (Art. 6 (f), Law 23.187 — Practice of law in Buenos Aires) and is handled with strict confidentiality.

The Firm adopts the technical and organizational measures necessary to guarantee the security and confidentiality of personal data, preventing tampering, loss, unauthorized access or processing (Art. 9, Law 25.326). Data is retained only for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the stated purposes or applicable legal obligations.

The PUBLIC INFORMATION ACCESS AGENCY (AAIP), as supervisory body for Law 25.326, is empowered to handle complaints regarding non-compliance with personal data protection regulations.
